Two slices of bread (three if your badass) or a wrap.
Cook up some refried beans
Add a slice of Soy, Rice, or Regular cheese depending on what you eat.
Get diced green peppers and/or chiles.
Combine them into a savory dish squeezed betwixt two/three slices of bread or on a wrap.
