- Cook a cup and half of Thick noodles or any you want with 4 cups water for around 9 to 10 minute with microwave on high.
- After it is done in the microwave drain it well and rinse it a bit in cold water then drain again.
- Put in sesame seeds (about a hand full)
- Put in enough soy sauce to cover the noodles or about 5 tablespoons full
- add around 3 tablespoons of ginger
- put in garlic preferably minced but whatever
- Season with Sea salt or regular salt if you want
OPTIONAL
- add in about a teaspoon or two of rice vinegar - add in around a teaspoon or two of sugar - add in a little bit of lemon
