Ingredients (quantity depends on how much you're willing to eat): Extra Virgin Olive Oil Canned Mushrooms Olives (with out the pits) Red Pepper Tomatoe Onion Clove or 2 of Garlic Salt Pepper Crushed Roasted Red Pepper Any other vegetable that you think would taste good sauteed Torpedo Roll
Crush up the garlic and put at bottom of pan with the extra virigin olive oil (just a thin coat of the olive oil on the bottom of the pan will do). Turn on the oven and let it heat, once the garlic starts to fizzle and crack, you can put the rest of the vegetables in all at once (make sure you chop them up nice and small first). Then stir the vegetables around for about ten minutes or so. When you feel it's done cooking, turn off the burner and put into the torpedo roll. Eat it.
*Note: Cooking with oil can be dangerous. You can't put oil fires out with water or the fire will spread, so don't try.
