My favorite artist currently is Mary Cassat. Her paintings are absolutely charged with emotion, while at the same time often being tranquil and pleasent to the eye.

yeah i read through an extended version of his bio and he used chemicals, glue, and a lot of other crazy shit for his work. top notch

it never mentioned drugs from what i recall and i dont see why he would admit it if he did becuase it isnt uncommon for most artists to be on them during some point in their carrer. So im gonna side with him being super awesome.
